  1. How do I place a return or exchange?

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please email us at soulvedaindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

For returns, please send it the item back to:

  1. Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—KO packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to soulvedaindia@gmail.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

  1. What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return.
Kindly give us up to 3 business days for our team to evaluate your refund/return issue. When approved, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. For returns, our team will reach out to you on email.

Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded (if you received our free standard shipping offer, a new $6.50 charge will apply) and there will be a standard shipping charge of $6.50 for the shipping fee for the return as well.

  1. How long does it take to process a refund?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  1. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at soulvedaindia@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to get you the correct KO product you ordered!

  1. What if I received faulty/damaged goods?

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way, we will exchange the items or offer a full refund. Please contact soulvedaindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours after the order is placed.

URGENT: CANCELLATION REQUEST ORDER #

Cancellation requests made beyond 24 hours will not be entertained nor the customer shall be approved of a refund. The package will still be shipped to your address regardless.
